Payment Options

1. Online Card Payments

Visa, Master and American Express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.

UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd, as a Positive SSL Certified Site, uses the latest 128 bit encryption technology and other sophisticated methods to protect your credit card information. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.

If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.

UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.

Amendment / Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All booking made under “UBMTravel.com” is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may differ with respect to flight and booking classes. 
  
  
• “UBMTravel.com” levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges. Note : These charges may vary as per the contract with our corporate agreement. 
  
  
• Amendment charges on “UBMTravel.com” are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class. Please contact UBM executives for the amendment charges.
  
  
• Tactical/special/ coupon bookings may be non-refundable & cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy. Please contact “UBMTravel.com” executives before booking.
  
  
• Cancellations/Amendments can be requested online over portal or by sending an email to “UBMTravel.com” on operations@ubmtravel.com
  
  
• Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases (In case of bookings made by cards).
  
  
• For any Cancellation/Amendment the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, “UBMTravel.com” recommends customer to contact directly UBM executives on +91 11 41625848/ +91 11 41635848/ +91 9319362682 for a quick response.
  
  
• “UBMTravel.com” will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through Mybooking section or email. 
  
  
• Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customer’s bank/company account after receiving the refund amount from the concerned Airlines/Hotel. “UBMTravel.com” will process refund within 3-5 working days only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines. Due to banking procedures, Refund may take 7-10 days in case to do net banking transactions.

2. Pay at Hotel (Post Pay)

With some of our partner hotels UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd has negotiated a special facility where UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd customers can pay the hotel directly at the reception at the time of check-in at the hotel.

Transaction Confirmation

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email, if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact our call centre.

Delivery of Products/Services

What is an e-ticket? An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

How will I get my e-ticket details? Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd, please call our Customer Care Representative on +91 11 45452525 (BOARDLINE NUMBER) / +91 9319362682

UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button.

To amend/cancel/rescheduling your ticket, call UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd Customer Care Representative on +91 11 41625848/ +91 11 41635848/ +91 9319362682. Our service fee will be charged; over and above the airlines own charge.

Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using UBM Travel Solutions India Pvt Ltd Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
